BluePrint BPT (Business Process Transformation) is a Microsoft-focused Professional Services and Independent Software Vendor located in Cleveland, Ohio with employees throughout the United States. Leadership
Sam is the Founder and President of Blueprint BPT. With over 15 years in the Microsoft business application channel, Sam is now focused on business process transformation leadership with Blueprint BPT. He has made his career developing relational partnerships with clients while ensuring delivery of customized solutions. Directly responsible for building, managing and leading practices within multiple consulting firms such as Avanade, Hitachi, Tribridge, Socius, and focused on large and midsize markets that spanned various industry solutions including financial services, life science, healthcare, professional services, logistics and engergy. At BluePrint BPT, Sam leads the company with business development efforts, strategic growth initiatives, overall client acceptance and adoption, and is instrumental in assisting Delivery Team’s with discovery, design, development and deployment phases of our overall Business Solutions.
Jeff Blickle is both Partner and Vice President of Development Management at BluePrint BPT. He leads development and design team responsible for custom code solutions, as well as customizations to the Microsoft Dynamics and Azure Platforms. Jeff leads the large enterprise project teams at Ford and Lenovo. Jeff’s focuses on project and solution delivery, as well as resource allocation and team scalability. Jeff specializes with Dynamics 365, Azure SQL & Web Services, Power Platform, EPM, Reporting and Analytics, Multi-Channel Integrations, and well as 508 Disabilities Compliance standards.
Serving as a Microsoft Solutions Architect at BluePrint BPT, Andrew McNamara brings years of experience working as a Senior level consultant for Avanade. Andrew has wide array of knowledge with Dynamics 365, BI and Analytics and the Power Platform. Throughout his career, Andrew has been a part of teams that created, customized and implemented Microsoft Business Solutions with multiple integrated platforms. He leads all stages of the software development Lifecycle, and is well versed in the use of Waterfall and Agile Project implementation. Andrew specializes with Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, Tableau and SaaS apps and is also a Microsoft Certified D365 Professional.
John is the Director of Client Success and is focused on growing our customer base as well as increasing customer value. He has been in the IT solutions industry for over 30 years, with the last 20 focused on the Microsoft Platform of products including Dynamics CRM Sales, Requirements, Design, Implementation, Training and Support. John has well-developed technology abilities and is familiar with a wide variety of vertical markets. His requirements gathering, business analytics and data management skills are top-notch, and he works closely with our technical teams to scope and deliver post-modern solutions that support the BluePrint BPT transformative approach. John’s favorite saying, “Life is 10% about what happens to you and 90% about how you respond to it”.
Chandler is an experienced Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect at BluePrint BPT with SMB and Enterprise implementations experience. Chandler’s focus is with Dynamics 365 custom app development and 3rd party customization tools and apps. Throughout his career at NexTec as well as BluePrint BPT, he has been a part of teams that created, customized and implemented Microsoft Business Solutions along with multiple integrated systems working with key clients. Chandler also specializes in Salesforce and Apex Development technologies.
Trevor is the newest addition to the team, working as a Dynamics 365 Solutions Consultant and Delivery Manager. Bringing prior sales and customer service management experience to the team, he has experience as both an end user of CRM systems for service management and their implementation. Since joining the team he’s brought a focus for elegant customer experience solutions and fresh ideas for how we can implement our systems to meet user need. He likes to jump headfirst into learning new technology, and continues to drive the team towards continuous personal improvement and excellence. Outside the office, he performs in regular musical theater events and pursues his multiple creative hobbies.
